Anyone entering the facility must follow these requirements.

All curlers must be registered online Via Curling I/O prior to arrival. (Click the "Step 1" image or here to register)

To ensure your name will be on the registered list and to avoid delays in access, please register no later than 2 hours before your draw/arrival.

Here is a helpful guide to Curling I/O Registration for anyone having difficulty.

As per the current mask Mandate everyone needs to be wearing a mask while indoor in a public space.

Masks will not be required while in the ice shed (please move on to your sheet first before removing masks) or while seated at your table in the lounge.

Please wear your mask properly covering nose and mouth. (here is a video example)

Anyone entering VCC will need to present Proof of Vaccination Status and Photo ID to our Staff (and volunteers) at the front entrance.

As of Dec 22 2021: All passports must be scanned, please make sure your QR Code works!

For further information please view the Gov of BC Website (Full Details on the Gov Website here)

Pro-Tip: Set your vaccine Passport as your phones lock screen image to save time!

No one will be allowed past the (new) front desk without all of the above, there are no exceptions.

Any abuse of staff will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the facility and possible suspension from being allowed to enter the facility.

Please be kind and remember the staff are just doing their jobs as we've all been mandated to do.

About VCC

The Vancouver Curling Club is located at Hillcrest Centre in the facility that hosted the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games curling competitions. With eight sheets of ice in a modern, bright and accessible building, the VCC has over 1,400 members who participate in 28 weekly leagues.

The Vancouver Curling Club acknowledges that we operate on the traditional territories of the Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh, and Squamish First Nations who lived here before us and continue to live here.
